Why OnCall began
OnCall began in Namibia’s tourism sector, where people working and travelling in remote areas often faced long distances to medical care. That clear access problem shaped our first telemedicine services in 2012. Since then, we have expanded across sectors and directly to individuals, using connected care, local pharmacy access and more affordable care pathways to help reduce both geographic and financial barriers.
